I want to thank you so much for the time and effort you graciously extended to us in purchasing our new home. I can't tell you how extremely blessed we are to have met you! From the very first meeting at a random Sunday open house, you have been nothing but open, professional and, in touch with our goal in settling down in a place we could call home. Even though we were clearly 'out of the market' for that house, you saw beyond your interest in losing the other potential clients that were there compared to us 'lookey-loos' and rather, showed genuine interest in our concerns, questions and priorities. You didn't try to sell yourself or your company and basically, that is what sold us on you!
Not only have you helped us buy a home that is so beyond any wish-list we had, you have also sold our current home (for 3 more days) well within market value. Not an easy task in November. I see signs wearily sitting in yards that have been on the market long before ours and think "If only they had Brian." The advice...was right on the money, literally. The small improvements suggested, along with the color brochures and professional writing really made the listing pop! The catered open house was such a success that the generated interest at times made it hard to keep up with the visitors wanting to "see just one more time". I can not express the relief it was to know that we could call on you... in less than two years of purchase. Just as with our last go ‘round, the market was sticky and not in our favor, yet with your marketing and pricing strategy, we came out on top again! Can you believe we sold both homes within the first week of listing? Has that ever been done?
The only thing that troubles us is, now that we are in Los Angeles and leasing a home, we will soon be looking for another home purchase. How will we do it again without you? Luckily, we continue to receive and read your real estate updates via email. However, unfortunately for agents trying to get our business, we have such a keen eye as to who is able to get the job done that no one yet quite measures up. You know it’s all in the tie.
